Carlos spent over 20 years at Wachovia Securities and its predecessors and has broad experience in litigations, arbitrations, regulatory matters, employment matters, international matters, clearing operations and white collar issues. He spent five years at the Office of the District Attorney, New York County, prosecuting felony cases, including white collar cases. Carlos is a graduate of the Fordham Law School. He speaks Spanish and Italian.
