Joanne graduated from Fordham University and earned her Juris Doctorate from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey - School of Law - Newark, NJ.   She previously held various positions with Merrill Lynch and PaineWebber (now UBS Financial Services) and worked as a senior paralegal in the PaineWebber legal department. She joined the Law Offices of Joel E. Davidson in July of 2000 as an associate. In addition to her recent litigation experience representing broker dealers and clearing firms, Joanne has extensive background in state statutes and regulations governing investment policies of public entities.   She is admitted to practice in New Jersey. Joanne joined Ryan Beck & Co. as in house counsel, but has returned to D&G after that firm was acquired by Stifel Nicolaus.
