COMMERCIAL LITIGATION
Davidson & Grannum litigators represent clients in business-related
litigation. Our litigation practice serves our securities clients,
as well as those who come to us solely for our litigation capabilities. The
Firm handles a broad variety of matters, but is focused primarily
on contract and UCC related matters, shareholder disputes, estate
litigations, enforcement and vacation of arbitration awards, accountants'
malpractice issues and collection matters. The Firm is active in
the trial of matters before Federal and State courts, and administrative
agencies in New York, New Jersey and across the country.
EMPLOYMENT LAW
Davidson & Grannum provides
legal representation to clients regarding all aspects of employment
related issues. We focus particularly on giving practical, cost
effective advice to specific situations and providing assistance
to corporate clients in the development and implementation of policies,
procedures and training to ensure compliance with the wide array
of federal, state and local employment laws. When disputes do arise,
the firm represents clients in administrative, Alternative Dispute
Resolution and judicial forums to achieve the best attainable result
in a prompt and cost-effective manner. Firm attorneys also lecture
on employment-related subjects to clients as well as industry and
bar association panels.
